SHIPPING POLICY
Once you've placed an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email where you can monitor its status. Orders are generally fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. You will receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. (Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.)
Orders submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days are processed on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. Holiday closures will be posted on the Envisiventâ„¢ website when applicable.
Envisiventâ„¢ offers worldwide shipping and accommodates delivery to PO Box addresses in Canada through Canada Post.
- All international shipments, including shipments for custom orders, may be subject to duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees, which are determined by the destination country. These additional costs are not covered by the shipping charges made to Envisiventâ„¢ and will be assessed by the carrier or customs agency upon delivery. Customers are responsible for settling these charges directly with the shipping carrier.
Envisiventâ„¢ offers the ability to pick up your order from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. If you are picking up your order, you must pick up your purchase within 10 business days from receiving your "ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP" confirmation. If you do not pick up your order within the 10 business day timeframe, your purchase will be voided and refunded and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted off your refund.Â
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Orders with invalid or unverifiable addresses may be canceled at the discretion of Envisiventâ„¢.
Some destinations may be unavailable for delivery due to carrier restrictions or regional regulations. Extra fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas or locations with limited access.
Envisiventâ„¢ offers transparent, affordable shipping based on weight, size, and destination, with costs shown at checkout. Standard shipping is reliable and cost-effective for most locations, though extra fees may apply for oversized items or remote areas. RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, you must ensure the item(s) is in the same condition that you received it, meaning it cannot be installed, painted, modified, altered or customized in any way and must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns are only eligible for stock items; custom items are not eligible for return.
You have up to 90 days to return your order from the time of purchase for a refund. There may be a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Envisiventâ„¢ does not accept returns for items that have been damaged* (scratches, dents, paint chipped etc.).
- Damages that are caused by incorrect installation or by the user altering the product will not be eligible for return.
- Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs on the original purchase will not be refunded.

Upon receiving your refund request and inspecting your return, Envisiventâ„¢ will notify you via email to confirm receipt of your returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please note, the shipping fee from your purchase will not be refunded.
- Envisivent™ will replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon delivery. Thoroughly inspect your Envisivent™ products at the time of acceptance. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase, report any product defects or damages to info@envisivent.com within 10 business days of delivery. Refunds will only be provided along with proof of damage/defect, which can be sent to info@envisivent.com.
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must report any shipping damage or product defects within 10 business days of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered. When submitting a return claim, please fill out the Envisivent Return Form here
- You will need to provide your order number and email address used to place the order in order to utilize the Return form.
- From here, you will select which product(s) you wish to return, select the return solution, return method and then submit your form.Â
