SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
Once you've placed an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email where you can monitor its status. Orders are generally fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Expect a separate email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. (Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.)
We currently to the United States and Canada and we accept shipping to PO Box addresses via Canada Post.
Please note if you are picking up your order, you must pick up your purchase within 10 business days from receiving your "ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP" confirmation. If you do not pick up your order within the 7 business day timeframe, your purchase will be voided and refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted off your refund.
You have up to 30 days to return your order from the time of purchase for a refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders, which will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it meaning it cannot be installed, painted, modified, altered or customized in any way. We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged* (scratches, dents, paint chipped etc.). All returned items should be in their original condition and packaging.
*Damages that are caused by incorrect installation or by the user altering the product will void the Warranty and Return Policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the original purchase will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon delivery. Thoroughly inspect your Envisivent products at the time of receiving. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase, be sure to promptly report any product defects or damages to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will only be provided along with proof (i.e. picture) of defective item which can be sent to email@example.com.
